Thank you for shopping with Shimmer Me.xo. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, tracking, and shipping destinations.

Free Standard Shipping

Shimmer Me.xo offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more after discounts have been applied and before taxes.

The free-shipping threshold must be met after all coupons, discount codes, and rewards have been deducted.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order confirmation email is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Handmade, personalized, made-to-order, preorder, and high-volume launch items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be stated on the applicable product page.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary based on:

• Delivery address
• Package weight and dimensions
• Products included in the order
• Shipping method selected

The complete shipping charge will be shown before payment is submitted.

Estimated U.S. Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Most standard U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–13 business days from the date the order is placed:

• Order processing: 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping transit: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact hello@shimmermexo.com immediately if you notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are controlled by the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier using the tracking number provided. You may also email Shimmer Me.xo for assistance.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Verify the shipping address on your order.
• Check around the delivery area.
• Ask household members, neighbors, front-desk staff, or mailroom personnel.
• Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

After completing these steps, email hello@shimmermexo.com with your order number and tracking information so we can review the situation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@shimmermexo.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the shipping box or packaging

Please keep the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
