Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made, prepared, and packaged with care, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We kindly encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only, which will be emailed.
- Items must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and, when possible, returned in their original packaging.
- No exchanges. No refunds.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return (see the list below).
Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items discounted 30% or more, including Sale categories, BOGO, B2G2, Mystery Bags, Doorbusters, etc.
- Gift cards.
- Jewelry, hats, or hair accessories.
- Personalized budgeting items.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Swimwear without the sanitary liner or with an unattached liner.
- Items returned in poor condition or outside the return policy window will also be deemed final sale and sent back to the customer.
How to Start a Return
- To initiate your return,
- Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Missing or Incorrect Items
For missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Store Credit / Gift Cards
- If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
- Gift card and store credit codes expire 5 years from the date issued.
- If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, an additional payment method will be required.
- Using the gift card constitutes agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
