Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a follow-up email with shipping details so you can track your package all the way to your door.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Rates are based on your location and the items in your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada, the UK, and select EU countries.

Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Shimmer Me.xo does not control or collect these fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
